Cadgwith House B&B is a modern exceptionally spacious detached house in a quiet location a 10 minute walk from the centre of Wells. We back onto a field with a play area which is directly accessible from the garden. There are 3 large bedrooms offering double, twin or family accommodation, all with spacious en-suite facilities. Each has tea and coffee making tray (including Fair Trade items), remote control television, radio alarm and hairdryer. A folding bed and cot are also available.
There is a dining room/lounge offering digital television and in the winter, a cosy log fire. Start your day with a choice of breakfasts, a full English or something lighter. If you are a vegetarian, or should you have a special diet, please let us know before you come. There is always fresh fruit salad and a choice of home-made bread and preserves.
We are ideally situated for touring the Mendip Hills, the Somerset Levels, Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of Wells with its beautiful cathedral, historic buildings, museum and the picturesque market place with its twice-weekly market. Wells has many excellent restaurants to suit all tastes, or a short drive will take you to one of the many country inns in the area. There are some lovely walks directly from the house.
