The cosy bungalow is situated in a valley surrounded by fields. The garden is bordered by the tributary of the River Exe. Profusion of birds, pheasants and squirrels. Two well behaved dogs welcome. It is very peaceful and situated down an unclassified road.
We are one and half miles from the village of Exford which has two good pubs, a Post Office and Exmoor Stores.
